i puchased a dj package from this company on-line and they took my order and my money ,but nver heard from them . now when i try to call 1 800 856-8397 i get an recording. ihave even e-mailed them three times and never got a response

Hi Dale,

How long ago did you place your order? Did you ever get an email saying the item had been shipped? Most legitimate companies will send a confirmation email to let the buyer know when their purchase has shipped, and will usually provide a tracking number as well so you can track it's delivery status. If you never received your order or an email, then perhaps you have indeed been taken.
