I wish I had been more cautious when I leased my car. I should have read the lease more carefully. The ‘Capitalized Cost’ that I was responsible for at the end of the lease termination, I didn’t pay attention to. A friend now advises me that I should have checked the value of the car as estimated by “Bluebook” after 2 years (the term of my lease). Also, the Mileage Limitations the lease states were too low, so I was charged extra fees. Also, I learned a hard lesson: never lease from any organization other than the manufacturer’s legal agent with warrantees from the Dealer/Manufacturer.
