On Feb. 8, 2010 I recieved a call from Mr. Glenn Hargrove of Bay Hill financial saying that I was approved for a $5,000 dollar loan from an application that I had did online. He gave me my SSN, DOB, Address and everything. He faxed a copy of the loan agreement over and I looked over it. I called him back for the specifics. Yeah they were requesting that I send $1,105.35 as a collateral payment and then I would not have to make any payments for 6 months. They gave me the information on where to send the money via Western Union. I was in need of that loan. It would have worked out great. Ofcourse I sent the money. The last bit of money I had because we were on the phone for quite sometime. Well the next morning I got a call saying that there was a problem and the Insurace company would not approve the loan with that small of a collateral payment. I kind of lost it when they told me that and also they would need and additional $1,105.35 to secure the loan with not problems. It was guarenteed to be there. Well like a dummy I went to my grandparents and talked to them. They loaned me the money to do this. Well I got a call the next morning saying that the lenders backed out however there was good news that if I sent them an additional $2200.00 that I could get a loan for $10,000.00. Also they were persuing leagle actions against the first lender and if all went right, I wouldnt have to pay but $5000.00 on that $10,000.00 loan. I said no thank you and told them to send my money back. They said according to the contract I would recieve my refund back in my account no later than 5pm on the 8th of March. Well today is the day. No money yet, their telephone # doesnt work, the fax machine does though and I am as broke as ever. I told them my story of how I am on a limited budget because I am a Disabled Veteran drawing Social Security. Thats all the money I have coming in, but still these people have no heart. No soul. Nothing at all. They should not be allowed to walk the face of the earth.
