Hello David, yes you are right maybe I used the wrong language but you have to chat with this guy he wants only more money for everything. He make me exploding although he is not right !!! I beg him very kindly to give me a new script because really it is not working !!!!! And the only thing he said is to buy a new one although I have paid a lot of money for it. He wants only to sell and get more money the script is not working at all. If you chat with him by the saleschat he is friendly and say to everyone yes to all until he buy the script. Then he wants only more money. This is betraying people !!!!!!! HE SAID TO ME I AM A GANGSTER BECAUSE I WASTE HIS TIME !!!!! And i want only a new script which is working !!!!!! I will claim the money by paypal and I will claim him by the IFCCFBI's internet fraude site. Also I have found other guys which are betrayed by him. I will go for you alexander thats for sure !!!!!!!!

Hey Antonio, Alexander puts the blame on the buyer, Which I think is bad for business, If he can not stand behind his product and have it properly working and tries to keep selling it, then the IFCCFBI internet fraud then get the other guys who you talked with to files claims and post on here as well.The more who know about this rip off the better, And the more who file the more the IFCCFBI will look into it and shut them down. Because like i said he keeps asking for more money for a non-working script and by argueing and blaming the customer to trick you into thinking your the problem & its all your fault. he's bads news all the way around. The script he sells should be a fully working script!! You should be able to edit the credit card processing to your processor and add links and banners to your choosing, It has to have your information specific to you. I did this and he had his hackers take that information out and then blame me for it, He changed that info, He had his hackers put in a site disabling iframe into all my sites, they logged in from all around the world, As stated with all the IP address listed in the original claim. You can track these IP addresses and see that he had all kinds of people he gave my personal account information to that accessed my server and tried to corrupt my host. My host upon my request documented everything and forwarded all the information to the apropriate authorities including paypal, So ask Paypal to keep all records on your behalf along with your host if you have a host.

Hi, I have bought from this person until now has three scripts and not a single one works. All have multiple errors and do not work as specified. This person betray people take away the money to provide nothing else as lies. I will recomend other people and face together with an offense to the public prosecutor. Now it goes to me with this scam here !!!!!! If anyone of you has also been cheated, he should post in this forum.

Thanks for the posting, Alexander and his BPowerHouse will fall, By all means post here when you get ripped off by this person and make sure you report him to paypal so they can take his account, internet users do not need a rip off like Alexander using paypal so we all must shut him down, Make sure you make reports to the IFCCFBI's internet fraud division.

I see there are many grabbers who tried to cheat us. The story with the first one , David was already detailed. So I have only to tell about other 2. Antonio Montana from Greece (not sure it is his real name) had small problem.He came to Sales chat, I said him to open ticket in our support system. He was not agree and continued to come to Sales chat again and again. I am not support , I really could not help him another way than to say to open ticket.But the person continued to speak more and more . The guy didn't try even to go to support, all his interest was to blame me and my company!
Another one is Dietmar Lein from Germany. This person lied to Paypal that he didn't get script, lies here that scripts didn't work and apparently will continue to lie. Dietmar, you purchased on April 9, 10 and 26, you didn't purchase in one day. That means you installed and tried 1 script before purchasing another one, so why you are saying it didn't work? If you would not be satisfied with first 2 scripts you would not buy the 3rd !!

Why you lied you didn't get script? And this person also never tried to get help from our support!! All these people know to do is to blame me and my company on forums!
We shall not fall , in spite of existing bad garbage people like these persons! We have tens orders every week from whole world, people trust us and they do right!

Alexander the owner of BPPennyBid script and bppennyauction and BPowerHouse and who knows what else this thief offers, This man will not offer support without extra payment because they know they sell a non-working script and then tries to get more money to fix what should work and then blame people when they try to add their payment processor and other pertenent information about persdonalizing the script to ones needs. Then when they went into my account they also went into other URL/Pages/Files and put in a iframe that disabled 75% of my sites and gave my login information to well over 20 different countries that stole some of my sites and now have them on the internet ? They can not edit my pages because they have no access to edit so charges have been filed for copy write theft, Alexander and all his cronies are nothing but thieves. Since when are customers wrong and thieves like this are right ??? A company like BPowerHouse should do everything they can to ensure their product works and satisfy the customer ! A company that does not lands here and makes excue after excuse after excuse to try and blame the customer. This is unaceptable to any customer!!

I suggest Americans to do not buy anything from another country that falls short like this one BPowerHouse who passes the blame off to its customers.

First I'll like to say that I am sorry about your troubles, I have brought Alexander software and install it with no problems and its up and working fine I will post my link here once I get all my info, items and settings set-up. If there's anything I can do to help with installing, let me know..
