Juvio; Solutions for Life

I'm looking for info on Juvio. I was a member a couple years ago, and am trying to get in touch with them about my past account. Customer Support doesn't respond to emails or phone; Live Chat seems to be permanently offline. Even the co. prez doesn't respond to emails. The last post on their public forum page was 12/08. The website is still active, and the copyright is current. The whole business seems to be running on autopilot, with no humans involved (porch light's on, but nobody's home). Can't even find any other active associates on the site. If anyone has any current, accurate info, please let me know, OK? Been searching all over the 'net with no real, usable results. Thanks!
