My free travel dedemption center in Joilet Il.

I received this coupon from Curves for signing in a new member.  All I had to do was send in a completed short form with a copy of my driver's license front and back to My free travel 2531 Division Street Suite 105 Joilet Ill 60435 with a time frame.  I did all that and of course there was a $9.95 processing fee which was to be redeembed with the first visa card.  Once I received some forms and started saving my grocery receipts and send them in once the toal was $100.

Well, my form (I guess I was lucky on this) was returned by the post office with a stamp saying they had moved with no forwarding address.  Tried to call the two phone numbers listed on the net (815)741-3900 (which was busy all the time) and listed a Gene Vinnykov (312)823-7665(got an answering machine).  I believe I would have bee taken.  I hope curves did not pay for these vouchers they handed out.  Going to inform them today that maybe a scam.  The internet site is www.claimYourVisaCards.com.  Would love anyone elses statement on whether this is what I think it is, a scam.
