Swipe Bids

I was rooked by Swipe Bids to the tune of $159.00. I sent in a mail-in refund request form to Swipe Bids via certified mail on 8/28/2010. It was proven received by Swipe Bids. Their reply form states that "You will receive a full refund of your initial sign up fee, from SwipeBids.com within 1-2 weeks of qualifying for the money back guarantee." To date, I haven't received any refund, nor any further correspondence. I would like to know if anyone has started a lawsuit. I would join a class action suit now! What are the government agencies' responses to those whom I read had contacted them?
