The Workplace

There is a lot of inappropriate activity going on in the local area. Not only are these so called employers posting bogus employment ads and harboring people personal information in addition to not even responding to
applicants. The people who are posting these ads for actual companies are
inappropriately writing the ad description without clarity. 

It is obvious that many are without formal education and lack the proper writing skills. Another note, employers are mistreating their employees. We all are aware of the fact that South Carolina is an at will
employment state, this message is for all, please be ware, this principal makes
it very difficult to experience any longevity on a job. In addition to this, we
often find ourselves subjected to inappropriate and inhumane treatment due to
this principal. This also justifies the extremely high turnover rate and
ongoing manipulation that has occurred in the workplace.This makes it more difficult for people to maintain their life styles and finances.  No wonder poverty is on the rise, or has anyone even noticed?

 Then, there is the issue of favoritism, some employees find themselves cornered into a world of their own if they don't fit into a social group at work.On the other hand, their are others who commit unethical acts simply because they are branded with the title of supervisor on their foreheads. 

Really, if you are going to suspend someone, at least do the ethical thing and call them they day before; tell them in advance, don't wait until they come into work to do it. You may save them gas for the next work day. Always remember, the one wrong you have done to an employee, two more comes to you.

They too, seem to have a great deal of participation among the social elites at work. It is obvious, if you don't fit in the group, speak their way which is more than often broken grammar because they lack the knowledge of the standard dialect, or behave like a monkey, you are pushed out of the workplace and into the streets. This at-will-employment situation has condemned longevity for all those employed.
