Using people's information
Ok so say I complete a successful phish-op and have someone's particulars - birthdate, address, SIN/SS and DL # ... I don't mean to sound thick-headed here but ... then what? then what exactly do I do with this information?
and and also one other thing thats bothering me - if receiving mail is involved, then where am I to have that mail sent to?

We are not in the business of advising people how to perpetrate wrongdoings -- we are in the business of trying to prevent wrongdoings and help people have been victimized. We do not offer help for people who are contemplating victimizing others.
Possibly, we've misunderstood your inquiry, but if your inquiry is correct, we would recommend that you go "phishing" in a boat -- not in the manner you are suggesting in your post.
