I would not go that far just keep in mind you can check the company out that you are dealing with on line if it does not look right walk away. I myself am 55 and the number of people phishing for information is unreal, sorry to hear about your finacial loss
That's horrible!!
It is amazing to realize how corrupt people can really be! I am always terribly sorry to hear that such things happened! I think that people should really treat another the way they want to be treated. If that is the way that they want to live, then that’s their problem. I really am a strong believer and I am certain that what ever you do will have good or bad consequences. Just wait and see.
I moved back to the USA December 2006 after living and working in Indonesia for 10 years. America is so infested with "GREED" that the crooks and robbers are everywhere ! I recently received a full reimbursement of $20,880 from ICI Capital for failure to perform as stated in the contract that I had with them. This company advertises that they will get you up and running on the internet with an e-commerce site along with providing all of the coaching that one needs to become successful as an Internet Marketer and / or Merchant. I was very direct and tough with them in making it clear that they had chosen the wrong person to scam this time. As a matter of fact I have used the same no non-sense tough approach to get reimbursements related to other scams that I have encountered since I have been back in America. Trust me, it works, I have been successful getting all of my money back from scammers on more than one occasion !!!!!!!!!!

If you have been scammed...........again, be tough with the scammers ! Do not waste your time talking and discussing your particular situation with low level staff individuals. They have been trained to give you the party line and they have no authority to make decisions so you are wasting your time talking with them. Immediately insist on talking to the owners or the highest level management person in the company........be insistent about this, it lets them know that you are serious and that you know where to go to get things done. Let them know that you are going to report them to authorities and then do exactly what you tell them.

As someone mentioned, report them to every scam site on the net, expose them as a first step. Also report them to the Better Business Bureau in the state in which they are licensed. Call the State Attorney General's office also and file a complaint with them and any state level consumer protection agency. Report them to the FBI and Police (do this in writing so that there is a record of your complaint). Also file complaints in writing with the FTC, US Attorney General's Office, and Your "do nothing" state Congressman and Senators office. Contact any source that can expose them....the bigger the potential exposure the better !

Also contact an attorney...........as a first step have the attorney draft a letter to them outlining that they will be pursued through the court system. Make sure that the Attorney not only includes that they are being sued for the money that they scammed you out of, but also all of your attorney fees as well as any damages that can be collected as a result of their violation of a state or Federal statute. This puts a very serious, I'm not joking spin on things. Give them a date by which they need to reply / reimburse you in FULL.

Make the scammers life as miserable for them as you can. Hopefully they will decide that it is better to give you your money back than to take the chance of having some major legal or perception issues as a result of your aggressive pusuit of them.

Enough is Enough with these people and companies who think that they can go about openly cheating and scamming honest people out of their hard earned cash ! We all need to get mad as hell about this and to not tolerate scams / scammers any more !

We have given them permission to cheat us, steal from us and to do whatever they want to do as their greed guides them to rip people off. The people we elected to protect us (the American people / citizens) from the likes of people like Bernie Madoff and these other SCAMMERS have not / are not doing their job ! We, the people must stand together to get this and many other things corrected !

Let me forewarn you based on my experience.........you will become very frustrated with getting help from the Agencies (Police, FBI, BBB, US Attorney General's Office, State Agencies, etc.) that are supposed to deal with these types of issues. You will need to be tough with them also. They will waste your time telling you why they cannot do anything ! The scammers know this, that's why they operate so boldly, they know that they can operate with impunity and that majority of people will not pursue them legally because of the exorbitant amounts that attorney's charge.
How do you log on at scamSOS.com. scamSOS is part of scamradiers so why can't I log on? So what is needed? Thanks!

I have signed up with the Fortune Learning Systems and as of today I finally thought about googling them and found out, much to my dismay that they are a scam, which I had suspected. I have paid $7500 on my credit card, and do not intent to continue my dealings with them. I am afraid that I could end up spending way more money to try to start up my website, establish myself as a business entity, etc. and at this point I just don't trust the whole deal. My gut instinct tells me to just forget the whole thing and cut my losses, and definitely not spend any more money with them.
