I am a new E-Bay seller and on july 31srt I got scammed. Per E-bay E-mail my item sold and then I recieved an E-mail from Pay Pal on were to send the item and then they would realease the funds., I was to notify them with the tracking number. After I mailed this item to NIGERIA I contacted Pay Pal with the tracking number, Pay pal informed me I had been scammed.
