Police have not been much help, even w/ me doing all the fact finding. Best thing they offered is to write a summons for their arrests, so if they run a light, forget to pay a ticket, they'll be arrsted... But, what abut my money??? A LOST CAUSE?… Continue

Over the past four months, Scamraiders has posted a number of articles in connection with the documented improprieties engaged in by Russo & Burke and Joe Burke. During that period of time, we have scoured state and federal court files involving cases that these lawyers have been involved with.

This is a site that tells you that everything is free. Nothing is ever free except the cruel and all-too-often scams. From how their ad described the site it seemed it could possibly be legit. All you had to do was pay $20.00 and you would have access to thousands of lists of items that for one reason or another,(I don't remember specifically),they had available for the taking. All you had to do was get two- three other people to at least put there email in when they visited the site. Not… Continue

It's about time we all learned who the real "rotten apples" are, contaminating the barrel in the New York Unified Court System.
Believe it or not, the old adage -- "the fish stinks from the head" -- is not always the case, and in fact, it's not with regard to the contamination of the "apple barrel" of the courthouse. To be sure, there are some stink-o judges. That doesn't mean that stink-o equals crook, but there are many fine judges, who are, sadly, caught up in… Continue

Tax time is here again with the filing season in full swing, but the US Government isn’t the only group interested in taking a bite out of your earnings. Large numbers of scammers are dreaming up new ways to exploit taxpayers by posing as members of the Internal Revenue Service in an effort to steal not only money, but the victim’s personal and banking information as well.
There are many ways the con artists will try to fool their victims. Here are three tactics and some of… Continue

I saw his picture on a dating site and fell in love immediately. We corresponded for over a month and then he asked for money. When I said I had none he said someone owed him money and he could tranfer in into my acct and I could send it to him via Western Union. That is when I started surfing and found out he was an online dating scammer using the names Robert Taylor, Perry Evans and Bart Thompson. I need to find out who the man in the picture is. Can anyone guide me in the right direction? If… Continue

....This concerns a BIG Scam going around which comes under many different names...!
It is a Scam whereby you recieve an Invitation in the mail which offers you a Job as a "Secret Shopper" (or something VERY similar); and you are instructed to contact a Phone number for activation (which is typically in Canada); afterwhich one is instructed to "deposit" an "included check" for approx. $4000.00 into one's Bank… Continue

If you own a telephone chances are you got a call in the last year with the message that the warranty on your auto was about to expire and for a small fee they would help you extend it. Their urgent message concluded by providing an 800 number for you to call them back. You probably received this automated message multiple times. I was personally getting these pre-recorded calls a couple of times a week at both my home and office. I do not own a car. In fact, I have never… Continue

I signed up to read emails for $100 each at cashmails.biz and had got several people to sign up under me because I was supposed to get $1.00 for each referral. Well I reached the minimum pay out amount of $20,000.00 and requested a pay out, that was last year and I still have not heard from them since. They will not answer my emails or honor my request for a pay out. I have done some research and found out that ALL of the paid email sites that claim to pay ludicrous amount of money for each… Continue

What the heck is going on in NY? If the Aqueduct Racetrack “deal” according to the Daily News, stinks worse than the Aqueduct stables, then it may be that the court house stinks worse than a sewage plant. It sadly appears that New York required more than a general house cleaning. It probably needs a high-colonic enema.
It seems that what maybe going on at… Continue
