The iPad is going on sale on Saturday, and it's not just the Apple Store and Best Buy that are gearing up for the big day. There are tons of people out there who want to sell you everything from iPad reservations, domain names, email addresses and more. Some people may get caught up in the iPad hype, but don't let yourself be fooled. Many of these iPad offers are claiming an inflated value for their wares in the hopes of making a quick buck.… Continue

I was contacted via telephone initially by Portland System's Mike Schultz approximately August 2009. He said that my company was chosen as one of a few to be selected to be "Preferred Contractors" to sell their steel Buildings. He said that currently Portland does not ship to California but that they were opening up now to start shipping here.
Mike told me that he found my company through the internet "Yellowbook" pages. He said that they had gotten some very favorable… Continue

...This concerns "EBay"...!
While not officially a SCAM, one must be VERY cautious when dealing with that "Site"; if you are a Seller, or intend to be a Seller on EBay, you should be aware of the FACT that you will be Billed for ANYTHING you do on that site...!
I was a Seller on EBay for well over a year, & was repeatedly puzzeled by their (EBay's) continual "Billing" of my account (even if I had no Listings at… Continue

Medical malpractice statutes in Maine discriminate against plaintiffs. If you live in Maine and have experienced any injustices in courts here; or if you have a medical malpractice case anywhere, I'd like to connect with you. Regarding my son's case, a Superior Court justice granted summary judgment to defendant/physicians though defendants had already admitted that "a valid claim exists to defend." This was admitted in their signed, notarized statements filed in court; responses to… Continue

George Pavia, Esq.
Pavia in 2002 filed a frivolous charge against Jim Couri---after the district attorney assigned focused on the bogus charges and learned that George Pavia had his own agenda, the charges were dismissed by the DA on his own motion on April 20, 2004 and the file sealed pursuant to section 160.50 of the CPL. the law states that upon such termination the 'arrest' and any prosecution shall… Continue

LOVE WITH A PERFECT STRANGER
In late August of 2009 I was contacted on MySpace with a “friend request”. While I normally do not accept those requests from people (males in particular) that I do not know, there was something about this individual I felt “drawn” to, and did not intuit any kind of “threat” from. Initially we corresponded on MySpace, then began to email for a couple of months, eventually moving on to “chat” and telephone calls.

The 2010 US census forms have already been mailed out to most households in the United States. Unfortunately, these information-gathering documents have opened the door for a fresh wave of con men and scammers who are hoping to capitalize on the once-a-decade tabulation of American citizenship.
The first US census was conducted in 1790 and the US Constitution mandates that the survey take place every ten years. The figures collected are used for apportion of seats in the US… Continue

Beware of Online Rep Management Their service is a complete fraud as they promise to remove Ripoff Reports from the first pages on Google and Yahoo, however all they do is provide the consumer with a Google local or Yahoo local listing, which they can provide themselves absolutely free by taking 5 minutes out of their day to fill out a quick form. Onlinerepmanagement told me nothing but lies and did not get one link above any of the negative links that I had.
