Another scam

A few weeks a go I was searching for auctions. I came up on www.swipebid.com They showed several examples of people getting stuff for very low bids. However, there was no information about joining or the costs of joining. They wanted a credit card number up front. This should have been a warning sign to me. But I thought it should should not cost anything to join, that's the way it is on Ebay and other reputable auctions.

Wrong, the moment I clicked continue, I was hit with a $150.00 credit card charge. When I questioned it, they said I had agreed to in the exit page. I did not even see and exit page until the online chat person brought it ip on screen. I have tried through several emails to get a refund, but they have refused to refund my money. I refuse to use such an unethical web site to conduct business. I went on the site to look for auctions of Smart phones. I never found any. Stay away from this website they are the worst scammers on the Internet.
