George Pavia, Esq. corrupts, bribes, cheats and lies

Corkscrew George M. Pavia is a documented fixer, perjurer and thief. Pavia falsified files and records and was tagged by the NYC ECB Court, and ECB Appellate Court as being a perjurer.

Vicious-Viper George conspired to rob Jim's rent stabilization rights by a judge who wrote a plethora of decisions that rewrite the CPLR, rent laws and statutes. JSC Madden precluded material evidence and deprived Jim from putting on material evidence that other courts found the Pavia building to be unfit and hazardous.

In fact, the entire Pavia premises at 18 E 73rd Street, NYC is supported by rotted wood from about 1850 and the building is tilting and may collapse. Further, the very atrium in Jim's apartment that was found to be unfit, hazardous and not for dwelling, has again been rented out by the corrupt Pavias as a living accommodation.

We hear that the NYC Department of Buildings will be issuing yet more hazardous 'violations' just like the eight or more that JSC Joan Madden hid from the jury and precluded Jim from presenting in evidence.

The money-grubbing Pavias are a pair of cartoons, who put-on a fake accent and fashion themselves as phony 'elitists'. They are frauds, liars and George is a former fascist who stole Jim's rights by bribery and corruption and the Madden paper trail of bizarre and self-styled decisions tell it all.

Moreover, George has never denied Jim's charges - rather he hired extortionist Ken Gomez to rant lies on the internet.

George Pavia, you fraud-liar and cheat - come forward and deny Jim's claims that you bribed JSC Madden, or why not sue Jim? You are a scared rat, knowing that if you sue you will be put under oath and Jim has the goods that you stole, cheated and corrupted.

We are on to you and you and your wife will continue to be exposed. We find that the 77th St, NYC home of your in-laws that you also stole and that you use to operate a 'front-school' is an illegal commercial property, violating Fire Department regulations, C of O mandated, public assembly and other laws.
