Jon Paul Robbins Esq as trustee not only looted the trust and disenfranchised the minor but in furtherance of Robbins negligence, and recklessness he issued premium payments from the trust checking account, signed by Robbins as trustee that bounced to Mutual of Omaha-----these negligent and fraudulent acts further establish Robbins intention to defraud and disenfranchise the trust-----------

No legit trustee would issue and sign bad checks to an insurer for a life policy that the minor was the beneficiary in excess of $500,000.00
