KENNETH V. GOMEZ ESQ. ON JULY 13, 2009 FILES PERJURED AFFIDAVIT IN SUPREME COURT NEW YORK

As part of a scheme of Money Laundering and Obstruction of Justice, attorney Kenneth V. Gomez makes false statements under oath in his sworn-to Affidavit. The Gomez Affidavit falsely claims that Jim Couri filed three separate Motions in Supreme Court New York before Judge Richard Lowe in 1994 in a supposed attempt (according to Gomez) to Vacate a forged and bogus Judgment obtained against Jim by Adrian Zuckerman Esq. for Leona Helmsley/Carlton House. This bogus Judgment was curiously “assigned” by Helmsley (after gathering dust for over fourteen secretive years) in December 2008 to Gomez and George Pavia as their tactic to steal Jim’s Medical Malpractice Settlement. Not only is the Judgment a fraud, attorney Gomez compounds his felony by lying in these court pleadings.

Kenneth Gomez Esq. now has been caught “with his pants down” engaging in his usual corrupt and sharp practices. Gomez is a clandestine partner of Russo Burke located in their office. Fact: In 1994 the subject false Judgment had not yet been filed or docketed. It was deceptively filed by attorney Adrian Zuckerman on December 22, 1994---three days before Christmas. As such, any supposed motion practice involving this Judgment in 1994 would have been impossible, as the Courts are closed for Christmas/New Year week. Moreover, no such motions were made by Jim and Court files reveal they are non-existent. (see Jim's reply to Gomez's perjury, filed with the court July 28, .... Attorney Kenneth Gomez has simply and willfully lied. Additionally, now Gomez swears he is the “lawyer”, not assignee, for Carlton House; Gomez’s desperate attempt to not be responsible as the filed Assignee for the fraudulent Judgment. Mr. Gomez has more colors than a chameleon; but, to be sure, he is a perjurer and a fraud, and should be disbarred.
