Scamraiders announces a whistleblower reward of $5,000 to be paid to any Scamraiders member who provides Scamraiders confidential information and evidence involving fraud, corrupt acts, scams or swindles that leads to a felony indictment and conviction of the wrongdoer(s).

Through Scamraiders’ resources we will diligently research all such ‘whistleblower’ reports and, if reliable, seek to cause the launching of law enforcement investigations into all such declarations and information.

He sent me an email pretending to be a avon customer like amanda tabb. The only difference was after he contacted me with his information telling me he was a scammer and that he was in love with me. He also tried to befriend me on facebook. Please catch him.

Comment by Ollie Lee on September 26, 2009 at 6:21pm: Follow up on above comments: I contacted bank that issued the check mentioned above, sent to me by Richard Hawkins. The bank told me there were many "red flags" on the Forrester Research account, but couldn't give me any details other than to tear the check up because it wasn't going to clear. I am still being contacted by both Luz Aponte and Richard Hawkins, by email, but neither of them will give me a contact number or the name of the shipping company. I am surprised the bank are not looking into this further - they told me I didn't need to report it to anyone and to just tear the check up! It has money laundering written all over it! By the way, regarding my comment about 9/11, above, that Luz Aponte was male.

It was sent by a Richard Hawkins and the check is drawn on Forrester Research Inc - which seems to be a legit company. I have found an article online regarding a person of the same name who was a questionable person of the military who observed/took part in the events of 911. Same person? Are we certain the Luz Aponte at Atlantic Beach is female?

She tried to get me but my bank held the check until they found out it was fake. She almost got 2,500 from me.
