SELF-STYLED ELITIST GEORGE PAVIA CONTINUES TO PERVERT AND DERAIL JUSTICE

George Pavia arrived in little ole New York after being a member of the Fascist Party and an ally of Mussolini, along with his father Enrico. Apparently George learned well about corrupting public officials from his father and his fascist pals. An Ellis Island entrant, it seems George needed money. So cunning George secured himself by marrying a well-to-do psychiatrist, Ellen Soloman. George then became a lawyer using his wife’s cash to pay for his Law Degree. After George dumped one wife for present spouse Antonia, which wedding included a free brownstone (18 East 73rd Street) from her ‘happy’ parents, George has been active in corrupting, manipulating and destroying the Courthouse and judicial process to serve his own interests. George also made alliances with Crime figures as well as racketeer Ted Kohl, who is now in jail. Kohl was the Pavias’ key witness regarding the ‘rent-stabilization’ matters before JSC Joan Madden in New York Unified Courts.

It looks like George’s contribution to the USA has been to bribe and corrupt the Judicial Process and the spirit of the New York and US Constitutions. Records reveal George perverted the legal process on many occasions, but he went all out to disenfranchise Rent Stabilization involving his marriage ‘gift’, a brownstone building where he and Antonia live and rent out the upper apartments. For decades the Pavias ignored Rent Stabilization law and its requirements. Our Founder, Jim Couri, was the tenant who finally questioned and pursued the Rent Stabilization status of the Pavia building, legally securing the rightful position as a Rent Stabilized dwelling. Unwilling to follow the laws of New York City, and not wanting their building’s value deceased due to Rent Stabilization, George and Antonia recruited Judge Madden to assist them in their corrupt agenda. It seems they ‘brought’ a fixed trial and prevailed in ousting Jim out of their building along with the Rent Stabilization Position.

George and Antonia believe that they have fooled due process and made-off with unjust gains. What the heck, the Record proves that they were able to corrupt the Courtroom of JSC Joan Madden where they mutilated justice and the law. Madden, an accommodating soul, rewrote Laws, CPLR, Nuisance Statutes, and precluded evidence to fulfill her ‘obligations’ to George and Antonia. Jim wrote letters to George who was walking around the halls only in a robe; George claimed the letters were ‘Nuisance’. Madden ignored the fact that Pavias’ false and barred ‘Nuisance’ claim and the letters were rejected by three other Courts and Judges. Judge Madden apparently forgot the Doctrines of Res Judicata and Collateral Estoppel, which preclude the retrying of issues already decided. Madden stole justice and the law for the Pavias’ lust and greed-- A despicable testimonial for a Judge anywhere-anytime. George and Antonia are like veritable ostriches, ‘heads in the dirt’, hoping that no one can see their corruption and frauds. Well, George and Antonia’s malicious, corrupt acts and Judge Madden’s illusion of justice are as transparent as glass. JSC Madden and the Pavias haven’t yet figured out that Judges do not make the laws, Judges are supposed to be required to carry out the laws. JSC Madden concocted her own laws and suppressed critical evidence in order to give the Pavias what they undoubtedly bought and paid for ‘under the Courthouse table’. Bribery is not new, it has been going on in State Courts for years. The appointments of Judges in New York and the ‘old-boys back-room deals’ have been the subject of criticism, disdain and worse for over 200 years.

Now it seems that JSC Madden, the Pavias, and others with a similar agenda have recruited thug Kenneth Gomez Esq, and others to extort, harass and abuse our Founder Jim Couri, and further discredit Scamraiders since we have uncovered and Reported on their scams. This will not work, as corruption, bribery and the ‘Rape of Justice’ will be fully exposed in the public domain by Scamraiders.

The paper trail reveals that the Pavias are documented crooks, perjurers, and tax evaders, yet they pose as legitimate honorable citizens while acting as aloof, stuff-shirts. JSC Madden has, we believe, by a plethora of documentary evidence, repeatedly violated her public trust. It also now appears that JSC Madden, out of spite has gone further into deep water targeting and interfering into Jim Couri’s business and legal activities, etc., seemingly in her desperation to cover up already exposed backdoor deals and legal machinations involving the Pavias, Kenneth Gomez and Jay Itkowitz. Their game plan maybe has come to an end as their actions are increasingly becoming more and more obvious with each new Pavia-Gomez abuse and extortion set-up. Even George Pavia’s ‘fronting’ for criminals is clearly getting too hot; such as fronting for his key witness-pal, perjurer Ted Kohl who is presently in prison for George’s similar traits-- extortion, money laundering, tax evasion and worse.
