Murphy, in a scheme to aid a unsavory client, misuses interstate instrumentality with impunity in order to defraud and illegally secrete the existence of asbestos in a dwelling unit resulting in damages and injury. Murphy has aided and continues to aid in fraud, interstate fraud and suppression of evidence, violating federal OSHA laws and mandates.

While he himself is committing fraud and deception, Murphy's conduct reveals the conduct of a phony and a carpet-bagger / 'con-man' with a law license, selling 'snake-oil' while scamming victims by deception and violations of laws.

Murphy appears to be a 'slickster' who will and has done anything for a 'fast-buck' - documents we have reviewed and interviews taken seem to confirm that Murphy has lied, cheated, attempted to break in to property, broken locked entry doors and worse - and Murphy has violated federal and California state laws involving Jim Couri, asbestos, and other schemes to aid Tony and Katie Tomas in a 'cover-up' involving un-tenantable property, that is illegal substandard and that violates California state laws and OSHA rules and laws. Murphy is in this scam up to his nose and has engaged in fraud, deception and corruption.

Yet rogue lawyer Murphy proffers 'full disclosure' regarding herpes? And Murphy wants millions for his poor victim clients that claim they were not told about herpes? And Murphy goes after big bucks for his claims of 'non-disclosures' of herpes?

In fact, Murphy seems to be a now well-documented fraudster and liar based on his emails, letters and cover-up-smokescreens involving the Tomases, and a illegal sub-standard property and confirmed willful acts by Murphy of cover-up, and extortion of Jim Couri, as confirmed by documents reviewed.

Meanwhile is Shaun Murphy the 'forked-tongue expert' aiding Tony Tomas Cleaning and Marble Care in violating immigration laws by turning a 'blind-eye' to Tomas' employing illegal aliens as 'cleaners' and paying 'substandard' salaries?
