Shaun Murphy, Esq. of Slovak, Baron & Empey continues to harass, extort and abuse

. . . Jim Couri in a rouse to cover up his clients frauds, negligence and violations of California state laws mandating full disclosure regarding leasing/purchasing properties in California. Murphy has exhibited distorted and demented conduct extorting a terminally sick person.

Shaun Murphy has formed a unholy alliance with Tony and Katie Tomas to harass and extort. Documents and evidence confirm that Murphy and the Tomases, who admit that they are 'broke' (their words directed to Jim) have lied, defrauded and tried to break into leased property. Jim Couri reports that the Tomases have covered up the drastic defects to the property that they were desperate to lease. The Tomases have admitted that they are deep in debt and financially desperate. They begged Jim to lease their property and induced Jim to give them five months of checks in advance.

They failed to disclose the existence of friable asbestos, airborne mold and deficient heat, A/C, plumbing, electric, and a myriad of other defects, now confirmed by three reports from licensed inspection companies.

Now Murphy, caught by his abuses, extortion and shake down tactics, and now our uncovering his oddball and seeming courthouse manipulations, involving claims of 'herpes' against third party boy-friends (boyfriends with 'big-bucks') Heck, Murphy does not work for free, particularly on major herpes cases. Now, Murphy and his law office are bombarding with telephone, and other transmissions and doing nothing to rectify the Tomas' unsavory acts and their violations of law, lease and their refusal to provide the name of their insurer as mandated by the lease.

Murphy is, with impunity, violating the law and the mandates of the California State Bar . . .

Jim reports that he has been subject to documented acts of a crazed lawyer Shaun Murphy, who seems not to be aware of the mores of a lawyer or a sound stable citizen. Jim believes that Murphy has displayed dangerous conduct, harassment and demented behavior in person and in his unwanted letters and emails, finally causing Jim to terminate his email address to put a stop to this abuse.
