Shaun Murphy, Esq. violates federal and California state laws by using interstate facilities

-- including mail and email to commit fraud and scheme to steal real property and rights to it and cover up the hazards of undisclosed asbestos and other unfit conditions

Shaun Murphy, Esq. has placed U.S. postage on numerous letters, signed by him as a partner of Slovak, Baron and Empey, proffering legal assertions that Murphy knows or should know are false, bogus and intentionally and fraudulently made by Murphy as part of a scheme to cover-up he and his clients Tomas' intentional suppression of the existence of asbestos, mold and substandard conditions of a rented property.

Murphy is scheming to deprive Jim Couri the right to pursue, under federal OSHA laws and California state law, extreme damages sustained by secretion of friable asbestos to Jim a cancer patient.

Murphy has repeatedly used and misused interstate facilities to engage in fraud and deception by misquoting laws, rules and the facts all in violation of federal and state codes and mandates of California state bar governing the conduct of lawyers.

One thing is certain – we have communications from Murphy, sent by U.S. Mail, that are intentionally fraudulent and sent to Jim Couri with the intent to disenfranchise Jim of his rights under federal and state laws.

The misuse of interstate instrumentality to commit fraud and theft of real property rights under the color of federal and state laws seem to be federal crimes intentionally engaged in by Murphy and the Tomases.
