what is internet police ? Any ideas

today i was in the kitchen when i heard an unusual sound come from the computer. i went to check and to my surprise there was a shining badge and it said internet police .....i have never heard of any such thing so i went to see what was being typed . It said something like this.....Madam we are the internet police and we have found out that scam artists from Africa have been on line with member of this house .....We want to know if any of them have taken any money from anybody in these house and we need to know how much they have gotten from you....they will be prosecuted and you will get a reward ......can you tell me the name of the scam artists and give us their address .....i typed i have spoken to many men and i do believe they are scam artists because they all eventually give me the same story. Somehow they find themselves penniless in foreign countries and have no way home , so they ask me to help them get home by sending them money for and airplane ticket . So they were interested if i had ever given money to those people and i said no way ......i know their game very well and when they ask me for money i tell them flatly , i have no money and what i have i need to pay my bills and you think i would give you my hard earned money, sorry but now i need it myself and i have no one to pay my bills . I had to leave for work but when i got home i went and clicked on the badge to get to their profile and guess what no police just a name George no picture no infor any kind .......its a scam ........but how do they benefit from that , i still cant figure that out
