Why should the Justice Department not indict and charge Dr. John Siebert and Diane Kleiman?

Why should the Justice Department not indict and charge Dr. John Siebert and Diane Kleiman for conspiring and committing healthcare fraud and for falsifying Kleiman's and other patient-victims medical charts, so that Siebert was unjustly and illegally enriched, according to records of about $1million?

Disgraced Dr. Siebert, fired from four NYC hospitals, evicted from four medical offices and under investigation by numerous state and federal agencies . . . this sociopath Siebert should be put away, along with his thug lawyers, Kenneth V. Gomez and Joseph M. Burke, who have defrauded the courts, committed perjury and intentionally violated a 2005 injunction over 15 times over 5 years - enough!!!!!!!
